Is being held at Mathis Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
Along with agreeing to follow the mandatory Rules and Regulations set forth on our
website, here are some important reminders to help make this a smooth and successful event for all.

 

  1. All Vendors must register by submitting ALL PAPERWORK​ with their respective payment to the South Toms River First Aid Squad : Attn.​ Food Trucks​ P.O. Box 57 Beachwood, NJ 08722

  2. Check-in is at Mathis Veterans Memorial Park, Rt. 166 lot on Saturday between 8:00-9:30am (Food-trucks/vendors). All vendors must be ready for business by 11:00 am. No personal vehicles ar
    allowed into event after 10:30am. PLEASE BE ON TIME

  3. The “event hours” are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. No Vendor is allowed to start breaking down or leave prior to 7:00 p.m. or Vendor will be charged an additional $100 fee. Only Food Truck Management​ may cancel an event or call a “weather day.”

  4. All Food Vendors must submit and show proof of a valid Ocean County Food Handler’s Permit. See Rules and Regulations for details of Vendor Food License from Ocean County Health Department Website. There is a 2 week deadline prior to event for registration and proof of permit.

  5. All Vendors must also submit proof of Liability Insurance and “Hold Harmless Agreement.” All Vendors must have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for employee/public access. All propane tanks must be located 10’ behind or away from a canopy or tent safely. All regulations will be enforced.

  6. Any and All Canopy tents must be anchored on EVERY CORNER with 35 lb. + weights. Anchor ropes/ties must stay INSIDE the canopy and not extend outward. This is a mandatory safety rule.

  7. Vendors are RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRASH​ and are NOT​ to use trash receptacles at venue Please bring your own trash bags. Vendors must keep space CLEAN and NEAT​. A $100.00 fee will be charged if space is not clean during and after​ leaving event. Space must be left in its original condition.

  8. Vendor Space must be open for business and occupied by the Vendor at all times during event.

  9. Vendors are required to secure their own electrical cords to the pavement. Vendors must provide their own generators and fuel as electric is limited and reserved for Borough officials.
